We’re confident that you’ll fall in love with your order as soon as it has arrived, however if for any reason you wish to return an item, you may do so within 7 days of receiving your order for a credit note (except for made to order products)

To return your order:

Please email with your order number and reason for return.

All returns must include our returns form filled in, inside the returned package with.

Items must be returned in the condition in which it was received and in their original packaging. Download Returns Form.

We can collect your item using one of our couriers for a fee which will be deducted from your credit note, or you can arrange to return the items yourself. The cost for collection of returned items is:

  • Items 20kg and under: £15
  • Items 20kg+: £50

If you choose for us to collect the item, the courier will provide their own labels for you on arrival.

Damaged or Faulty Items

Please ensure that you check all items on receipt and report a faulty or damaged item to us as soon as possible. Any damaged items must be reported with 7-days of receipt of the item.

In the unlikely event that your item has arrived damaged or faulty, please email with your order number, photographic evidence of damaged product(s) and if you would like a replacement or a credit note. We will then arrange to collect the damaged item and send a replacement (If requested).


Any orders shipped outside of the U.K. can not be returned. All returns and damages must be returned in their original packaging.
