1. Neverland California, Michael Jackson, $100 million

Folllowing his death, Michael Jackson’s famous ranch home Neverland has recently entered the market for 100 million dollars. Having been renovated by a real estate company since 2009, most of the iconic rides, animals and quirks have been removed but the floral Neverland clock and railroad track remain. This house features a cinema, pool, two lakes and tennis court to name but a few – but you’d better move quick because Kim and Kanye have got their eye on it too…


2. Tudor Mansion Connecticut, Mel Gibson, $29 million

You’d be forgiven for thinking that this stunning Tudor mansion belonging to longtime movie star Mel Gibson would be snapped up in days. However, Gibson has been trying to sell this home after his divorce since 2007 dropping the price by over $10 million.
